La Bahia is an intimate, peaceful, eco-friendly resort on one of Nicaragua’s most beautiful beaches.
Situated on the beach side of a 19-acre teak farm, the hotel was constructed using local labor and

west of Chinandega on Nicaragua’s Northern Pacific Coast.
La Bahia has a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and 4 cabanas. The kitchen specializes in local seafood,
fresh ingredients and simple preparations. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.
There are a variety of activities right outside your door at La Bahia. If you surf, the beach directly in front of our
hotel has a right and left point break and beach break in the middle. We also have several breaks nearby
that can be reached by boat or car. Surfboard rentals are available and fishing trips, volcano tours,
yoga and massage treatments can all be arranged upon request.
